The competition takes the form of a single-round final.
The brewing project is divided into two parts: designated brewing and performance.
The competition time is 10 minutes for each competitor (including 4 minutes of preparation time and 6 minutes of competition time). The coffee beans are provided by the competition organizing committee. Before the end of the competition, the contestants will not get any information about the competition beans. It is all based on the contestants' understanding of the coffee beans, using their own brewing skills and demonstrations, to complete the brewing of a pot of coffee. Give three sensory judges.
